• $100 Application Fee
• $115 Department of Health Permit Fee
• $7,100 Tuition
• In-house financing available (0% interest)
Schedule:
• Weekday classes: Tuesday–Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Program length: Approximately 6 months (flexible/extended options available)

Admissions Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid ID and Social Security card
• High school diploma, transcript, or GED (transcript sent directly to the school)
• Background check (required and overseen by the Department of Health)
• Physician’s statement confirming you are able to give and receive massage
• Current CPR certification

Enrollment Process
1. Schedule a visit and meet with the Director
2. Complete and submit required paperwork through the school to the Department of Health
3. Follow Department of Health instructions to complete your background check
4. Receive your permit and begin your training
