Winona ISD Bands

Winona ISD Bands The Winona Wildcat Band is a 3A High School Band located in the piney woods of East Texas. The entire program is composed of over 230 students.

The Winona Wildcat Band is a 3A High School Band located in the piney woods of east Texas. The Wildcat Band is under the Direction of Justin Ketner, Middle School Director Adah Ketner, and assisted by Amanda Marsh. The Winona Wildcat Marching Band is composed of select band members from grades 8-12. The band celebrates 8-consecutive "Sweepstakes Awards" and placing 4th in the 2013 TMEA State Honor

Band Competition. The High School band has a total of 24 first divisions at Region 21 Marching Contest and has earned at total of 13 "Sweepstakes" awards. The middle school band earned their first ever "Sweepstakes" in 2012.
