A little housekeeping:
At the beginning of class, be ready to start with your belt tied (there is a clock on the wall, you know what time we start). Finish class with your belt tied.
During technique practice: if your belt falls off - leave it off until there is a break to review the next technique.
During live training: if fixing your belt requires your partner to wait for you, do not fix your belt - fix it between rounds / rolls - your partner isn’t here to wait for you to fix your belt…again.
All of those “small” breaks add up to a lot of wasted training time.
Focus on training.
Keep moving.
If you are just too tired to make that work, you are over exerting yourself
If you are too exhausted to fix your belt during a break, don’t put it back on and be ready for the next roll.
Let’s help everyone stay on track! 💪💪💪
