Do you have nutrition questions or concerns you'd like to discuss with a Registered Dietitian?🤔

Could you use a nutritious mid-day pick-me-up?😴

Either way, you're in luck! Our local dietitian, Cara, will be joining us in Alpha Thursday during lunch to serve up Superfood Smoothie Bowls as we kick off our Mindful event series this semester!🫐🍯

🥕🥦 SIMPLE SERVINGS 🥦🥕

Alpha Dining Commons features a station where all menu items are prepared with ingredients that do not contain milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame or gluten. The station uses separate equipment/utensils, preparation areas, and storage areas to minimize the potential of allergens or gluten in our Simple Servings foods.

The station is incorporated into the dining hall to allow students, even those without allergy concerns, to enjoy the wholesome food selections.  The menu changes for lunch and dinner daily and always includes a protein, starch, and vegetable🥔🌽
