Today the East Chambers FFA officer team helped plate lunches for the “Feed a Farmer” event, where farmers around southeast were delivered lunch to the field during harvest time.

This week, the East Chambers FFA ag teachers had the opportunity to attend the Agriculture Teachers Association of Texas Conference alongside fellow agriculture educators from across the state.

Mr. Bertrand, Mrs. McGhee, and Mr. McGhee spent the week learning, growing, and are bringing back new ideas to better serve our students. Through engaging workshops focused on new classroom materials, FFA activities, leadership opportunities, and innovative ways to advocate for agriculture, our teachers gained valuable resources and inspiration for the new year!

We are excited to bring these new ideas back to our classroom, our FFA chapter, and our community.

Please remember that our office is closed from 12:00–1:00 p.m. for lunch.

✉️ Don’t forget your thank-you notes!
All required thank-you notes must be completed and turned in before your exhibitor check can be released.

Finishing them before you arrive will help make pickup quick and easy.

What an incredible week at the Texas State FFA Convention! 💙💛
Our chapter was proud to take 10 amazing students who embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and lead. Throughout the week, they attended inspiring sessions and leadership workshops that challenged them to step outside their comfort zones and reminded them what it means to serve others through FFA. Beyond the convention, we cheered on fellow FFA members as they competed in the FFA Rodeo, explored the Fort Worth Stockyards, made new friendships with members from across the state, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
The future of agriculture is bright! 🌾🐂💙💛
