Thanks to a grant from Kaee and KEEC, we are close to finishing our outdoor classroom! Through the help of many people, students will have the opportunity to learn outside in nature! :) We still need to finish painting and add a few final touches, but I am so proud of how much has been accomplished through the help of many!! Today one of my students brought me this beautiful caterpillar at recess! I love moments like this...an opportunity to teach about nature! Then they carefully placed it back in the tree to be free! ;-)

Waking up to the lonesome call of an old owl outside, feeling the crisp, cool breeze kiss my cheek, scattered clouds beckon me to join them as they play across the sky. Sunrise soaks into me and wakes my soul...good morning...thank you God for allowing me this moment to bask in your glory!
