📣 Parent Pick-Up Reminder!

Thank you, parents, for following our updated parent pick-up procedures today! We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we work to make dismissal as safe and smooth as possible. ❤️🖤

📬 Parent pick-up cards should be coming home in backpacks tonight. If your child does not have a card, please check with their teacher to make sure one was sent home.

Need additional parent pick-up cards? Please contact the office at 636-668-8195.

🚗 A few important reminders:
• Please place your parent pick-up card in your vehicle window when you have one.
• If you do not have your card with you, please have your photo ID ready when you arrive for pick-up.
• Please keep your card visible in the window until staff have collected it.

As we gear up for the 2026–2027 school year, we have made a few adjustments to our parent pick-up routine to help create a safe, smooth, and efficient process for everyone.

Please take a few minutes to review the attached information and share it with anyone who may be picking up your student throughout the school year.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the new routine and find the most efficient system for our families. The first few days of school may take a little longer than expected, but please know that our staff is working hard to make the process as smooth and quick as possible.

Thank you for your flexibility, patience, and partnership as we begin a new school year! We are so excited to see our students tomorrow! 💚🌱😁

🪴 Today is the day!! 🪴

We can't wait to meet our new-to- Winfield Primary and kindergartener students and see familiar faces in our 1st and 2nd graders tonight!

Come tour the school, meet your teacher, drop off your school supplies, grab this year's theme shirt and a Kona Ice, meet with the transportation department, and more!

We are ready for an amazing year! We look forward to planting kindness, and growing greatness at Winfield Primary!🌱🤍🪴❤️

Winfield Primary families, we want to make sure everyone is aware of our available care options and arrival/dismissal procedures for the school day.

🏫 Before School:
School doors open for student arrival at 7:30 a.m. Students should not be dropped off or left unsupervised before 7:30, as staff are not yet ready to supervise students.

🚌 After School:
The YMCA Y Club After Care Program is the only after-school care program available through the Winfield School District for Kindergarten through 5th grade students. Y Club provides care from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. at Winfield Primary.

For students not attending Y Club, buses depart Winfield Primary at approximately 3:30 p.m., or families may use the parent pick-up line.

This is a friendly reminder, drop off times have changed for the mornings. Doors will now open at 7:30 a.m. and students will be allowed entry then. Students should remain in their car, until officially welcomed by staff. Thank you for your support!

This year's theme shirt will be available at Back to School Night! Shirts are $14 (youth to adult xl) and $16 (2xl and 3 xl). Cash and check only will be accepted. Make sure to stop by the library to chat with Ms. Day and to purchase yours during your Back to School fun!
