Hello! I would like to apologize for being MIA. As most of you know, I have 3 kiddos of my own. A 17 month old, 4 year old, and 10 year old. They keep me quite busy with travel baseball and other boy shenanigans!

On March 4th, my youngest got his first double ear infection. Then on April 11th, he got another double ear infection. Now, he already has his third ear infection in 2 months. As you can imagine, he has been quite unhappy these last few months and has needed Mom a whole lot; and sleep is pretty nonexistent many nights. If you’ve seen me in public I probably look like this —> 🧟‍♀️

We are realizing he has probably been dealing with dizziness and loss of balance even before the first ear infection was caught…because it’s no coincidence he finally started walking at 16 months old after his first round of antibiotics. 🥺

Due to this little setback in our home life - I have not felt comfortable adding any drop ins because my guy is pretty cranky a lot of the time. Considering the severity of his infections and very little time between them…we were able to get a referral for tubes already. 🙏🏼

I am also completely full with regular daycare kiddos every other week and don’t have room for drop ins on those weeks. I am hoping we can get into the ENT very soon to get the ball rolling with tubes. After that, I will be more open to accepting drop ins on the weeks I am not full.

When school starts in August, I will have an opening for ONE FULL TIME 3 year old preschooler. As well as 1-2 Monday drop-ins depending on the week.

Thank you for reading, and thank you for understanding! I still want to offer the summer drop ins I promised - but right now we are in survival mode until we can get some more permanent help for our guy! 🫶🏼

Another reminder: I am NON-registered. This means I can only provide care for up to 6 children at a time - this is including my own children. I strictly follow this rule. I will be sure to update when I am registered with the state. 💛

Happy Tuesday, y’all! I have received quite a few messages about needing drop in care this week and as much as I really want to help, I need to allow my children to adjust to our new part-timers joining us, and am sticking to the start date of April 1st for drop-ins. I apologize, and I do realize it is a great need. But my littlest boys are struggling a bit with sharing me with a new baby and toddler. Allowing them time to adjust to the change is important to me. Thank you for understanding 💛

I also want to mention that drop in care IS higher priced than part time care for the regulars. This is because each time a new face enters, our routine will be thrown off a bit while I help the new kiddo feel comfortable and welcomed in a new space. It changes the dynamic for the whole house, and essentially is more work, so the rates reflect that. With that said, I love a good challenge and am excited to offer this service. 🤪💛

Hey guys! Getting closer to 🐺OPENING DAY🐺

I am so happy to announce I am at capacity for part time kiddos from April-August. I mentioned on my personal page that with my own children still at home with me, the amount of kiddos I can accept is limited. I will, however, have drop-in spots available for 1-2 children most days. Beginning April 1st, I will try to post each morning if I have drop-in availability for the day! So if something comes up and you need last minute care to get to an appointment kid-free, or your usual provider is closed - please don’t hesitate to reach out!

If you know are wanting to take advantage of my drop-in services, please let me know so I can get you my rates and some paperwork to fill out ahead of time!

When my preschoolers head off to full time school in august (😭), 2 more part time positions will be available! Mondays will remain open for any drop-in care while we adjust to the new 4 day school week! If there is not much of a need for Monday drop-in’s for school aged children, I will consider opening up 1-2 full time spots!

Good morning! It appears we have lots of new followers that I do not have on my personal page! I wanted to share what I shared on my personal page in regards to summer and next school year for Little Wolves Childcare! 🐺❤️

“I plan to be state registered by fall. I will ONLY be accepting drop-ins through summer. With that being said, I am creating a page to post when I am open this summer! Life will be crazy with baseball, a surgery happening, and a couple small vacations planned…so if you are needing drop-in care, be sure to follow the page for updates on what days and hours I will be available each week! (I will tag the page below when I’m finished with it!)

If you have dates in mind ahead of time, feel free to reach out and I can get you on the schedule. 🫶🏼

I still have openings for Monday care for school aged kids ONLY next year. 🙌🏼”

— As of right now, I am not accepting any full time spots. This could change in the future. My main goal is to be here for the community with the switch to a 4 day school week, and for unexpected school closures or last minute needs. I have 5 openings for school aged kids only for Mondays next school year. But I would like to offer the drop-in services beginning April 1st. The hours for drop in are 7-5. Half day slots are 7-12, or 12-5.

— When we get closer to the school year beginning, I will update how many openings I have for Mondays, but if you would like to reserve a spot for your school aged child, please let me know!

Hey! Most of you already know me - but I want to introduce myself for those who may stumble across this page.

I’m Ari - mom of 3 boys, lover of nature, animals, and chocolate! I have loved children my whole life - even when I was one myself! I had big plans to have 14 children, ALL girls, and I had them all named when I was just 5 years old. Turns out I’m a boy mom, but still love the thought of filling my home with all the giggling children!

I have worked a couple different jobs with kiddos, in both a daycare and school setting. But with raising little boys of my own, I wanted to bring work HOME, so I can help support my family while doing something I am passionate about WITH my own babies present.

Little Wolves Childcare was created with the community in mind. With the school year moving to 4 days, I know families will be struggling to find care.

We are play-based and LOVE being outdoors. Play clothes absolutely necessary. 🤣

I have a passion for social-emotional learning and am not afraid of “big feelings”. Communication is a strength of mine, and I love helping small children learn to express themselves appropriately, and work through every day emotions or conflict.

Little Wolves is a safe, supportive, and happy space for all. We are one big family and I look forward to watching it grow! 🫶🏼
