❤️🤍 THERE’S SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT WINFIELD! 🤍❤️

What an amazing way to kick off the new school year! Our District Opening Breakfast brought the Warrior Family together with incredible energy, excitement, and positivity!

A special thank you to Our Warrior Kick-Off Message by our School Board President, Nick Martin, MSTA, and our Retired Teachers Group for helping welcome and celebrate our Warriors.

As we begin this year, one thing is clear:

❤️🤍State Fair❤️🤍

We are incredibly proud of our FFA and Agriculture students as they put their skills, creativity, and hard work into projects for the State Fair! From the planning stages to the finishing touches, these students have shown tremendous dedication to their projects and to our agriculture program.

A special thank you goes to Mr. Spurling and Ms. Sherman for the leadership, encouragement, and countless hours they invest in our students. Their passion for agricultural education goes far beyond the classroom, they challenge students to take pride in their work, develop new skills, and believe in what they are capable of accomplishing. Their leadership has helped inspire our students to give their very best throughout this competition.

We can’t wait to hear about our students and how they represented our school and FFA Program at the State Fair. No matter the ribbons or results, we are already proud of the dedication, craftsmanship, and FFA spirit they have demonstrated along the way!

❤️🤍 Our Young Warriors Are Ready to Learn! 🤍❤️

We had a wonderful time welcoming some of our youngest learners at our Young Warriors Preschool Screenings ! It was so much fun meeting our future Warriors and watching them explore, learn, and show off their personalities.

Our preschool program provides early education and learning opportunities for three- and four-year-olds throughout our district, helping build a strong foundation for success in school and beyond.

We loved seeing all those smiling faces and are excited to share a few moments from the screening!

These evenings are a great opportunity to meet teachers, visit classrooms, connect with staff, and get ready for an amazing year ahead. The district is buzzing with excitement as we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year! Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming our new staff members from across the district, along with their mentors, for a memorable first day.

The day began with breakfast and continued with a community scavenger hunt, a bus tour of our community, and many opportunities to connect, learn, and build relationships. Smiles, enthusiasm, and Warrior pride filled the air!

We are incredibly proud to welcome these talented new teammates and excited for all they will bring to our schools, students, and community. Welcome to the Warrior family! ❤️🤍

❤️Way to go, Warriors! ❤️

Yesterday, our incoming freshmen got ready to start the school year strong!

Led by Mrs. Krato and Mrs. Kueschel, our Warrior Connect group welcomed the newest Warriors and gave them a chance to connect, learn, and have some fun along the way!

Through team-building games and activities, our freshmen grew closer as a class, discovered ways to get involved at Winfield High School, and learned the ins and outs of high school life. Most importantly, they had a great time getting ready for this exciting new chapter!

We’re proud of our incoming freshmen and thankful for Warrior Connect for helping make their transition to high school a great one.

Way to go, Warriors! Here’s to an awesome school year! ❤️

Our School Board Recognition Nomination Form, available on our website, is a great way to celebrate the incredible individuals who make a positive impact in our school community.

Nominations are open to everyone, students, staff, volunteers, parents, and community members, who demonstrate the Warrior spirit through their dedication, actions, and commitment to others.
