All fundraising proceeds are used to support staff and students at Country View.
They help with field trip costs, extra fun stuff like the Pumpkin Patch, Santa Day, etc. Along with teacher appreciation gifts and supplies.

Today, we started a SchoolStore program to help our school raise money. Scan the QR code on the Book Buddy Lanyard that was sent home with your student to find out how the program works. Parents, please read over the information describing how you can participate. Your student will earn a participation prize when they return the filled-out Student Lanyard to school, and they can earn more great prizes when your family and friends help our school raise money. So don't forget to send the filled out Book Buddy Lanyard back to school, and thanks for your support.

Country View 4-H is working the 4-H food stand at the fairgrounds Saturday night from 5:30-11:00.
We could use parent and student volunteers if anyone is available! Please comment if you can help!

The recipient of the 2026 Country View Elementary PTO scholarship is Ellie Samms. She will enroll at Kansas State University in the fall to pursue a degree in Agricultural Education. Ellie's career aspirations include becoming an AG teacher and FFA advisor.

Ellie's association with Country View began when she was a student from kindergarten to fifth grade, and she has recently become a familiar presence around the building again. As part of a high school class, she has worked as a Teacher Intern, acquiring valuable experience within our building throughout the year, primarily in the 4th grade room. Over the last few years, Ellie has also volunteered for fundraisers, Field Day, and field trips - just to name a few!

💙 What's her favorite memory of Country View as a student? Being stuck in the Winfield Museum basement due to a tornado during their field trip! She enjoyed how the staff kept the experience fun through games and stories.

🤍 What will she miss most of Country View? Of course, she will miss the staff and kids of Country View - but most of all, she is thankful for the family atmosphere that made her feel loved and appreciated!

Thank you, Ellie, for your dedication to Country View and the Winfield community! We are so lucky to have had you! Congratulations and best wishes to your future!
