She is committed to creating a positive educational experience where every child feels valued, supported, and cared for. 🔷 What inspires you as an educator?
The students inspire me as an educator. I learn so much from the children in my building. They bring a joy for life and motivate me to be the best leader, so I can provide them with the best educational experience.

🔷 What are you looking forward to this coming school year?
I am ready to see a new batch of preschoolers and watch the educators in my building work their magic.

🔷 What is one thing you hope every student experiences in USD 465?
I hope every student experiences an educational journey that is relational and positive in nature. I want them to know that there are people in this district that care not just about their academics, but who they are as a person.

🔷 What leadership quality do you value most?
Passion! A passion for what you do and who you serve matters more than anything to me. Passion is contagious!

🔷 What does mean to you?
It means that we win together. Big wins, small wins; they ALL matter and are worthy of celebration.

The week thus far has brought us some good times. We are diligently working on our letters, numbers, fine motor skills and interacting with our friends. We have started PE, Music and STEAM this week. The students are loving every minute of it. We also had some awesome visitors today (WPD officers) that came outside on playground with the kids. And the Cumbernauld classroom got to have a snow cone party with their grandparents.
