Designed to offer ministry leaders new knowledge, skills, and insight to more effectively lead church communities. With a cohort of other ministry leaders in the Midwest, students will explore biblical, theological, and ethical foundations of ministry in that context.

Joseph Kasongo, who is from the Democratic Republic of Congo, graduated from Southwestern in May, not only having been named valedictorian but also receiving the prestigious Jabara Leadership Award.

Joseph is continuing at SC to earn his master's degree and will be overseeing the Discipleship program.
