🎉 What a Colorado-rific Day at Skyview! 🏔️💙

Today we celebrated Colorado's 150th birthday in style! 🎂 Students showed off their state pride with festive attire, tackled some state trivia, and enjoyed fun classroom activities! Pat, the Intervention Goose joined in!🎨🧠🏈

And that's not all — we also hosted our first Kindergarten Morning Mingle! ☕🍩 Our kinder families joined us in the library for donuts, and community before the school day began! 📚✨

What a wonderful way to celebrate our amazing state AND our amazing Skyview family! 💛

🎉 Skyview Students Are Earning BIG Today! 🎟️✨

We kicked off our PBIS Incentive Program at today's assembly! 🙌 Students can earn tickets for showing positive behaviors using our Character Counts pillars — trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship! 💙

And here's the exciting part: twice a month, students can trade their tickets at our PBIS Store for awesome rewards! 🏪🎁

Great behavior = great rewards, Skyview Stars! ⭐

Even though Colorado officially celebrated its 150th birthday on August 1, we’re keeping the celebration going here at Skyview! 💚💛

Join us for a School-Wide Colorado Spirit Day as we celebrate 150 years of the Centennial State! 🏔️

Colorado entered the Union on August 1, 1876—exactly 100 years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence. That special connection makes Colorado the only state with this unique twin anniversary, known as the “Sesquisemiquincentennial!” (Try saying that five times fast! 😄)

We are officially launching a Family Partnership Council (FPC) at each of our schools, uniting our former Parent-Teacher Advisory Committees (PTAC) and School Advisory Committees (SAC)!

Parent partnership is foundational to the legacy of our district. Strong schools are built together, and your perspective is essential; we invite you to connect and collaborate
