Windsor Charter Academy High School Theatre proudly presented its production of Hadestown – Teen Edition! The show featured the incredible talents of students in Theatre Club, along with our High School Jazz Band and Mixed Choir. This production marked a special milestone as the largest high school theatre production in our school's history, with 62 students participating both on stage and behind the scenes!
We are incredibly proud of the entire cast and crew for their hard work, creativity, and commitment. Congratulations to everyone involved for delivering such an outstanding show!

Congratulations to the Windsor Charter Academy Boys’ Varsity Basketball Team for capturing the CHSAA 2026 Class 3A Regional Championship and securing their spot in the Great Eight! The Firebirds are now back-to-back regional champions. As the #7 seed, the Firebirds will travel to the University of Denver to face the #2-seeded Forge Christian High School on Thursday, March 12th. Congratulations to Dayton L. on making school history as Windsor Charter Academy’s third basketball player to surpass 1,000 career points!
An 11th-grade shooting guard for the Firebirds, Dayton has been a consistent offensive leader throughout his high school career and is averaging 20 points per game this season. While he is the third Firebird to reach this 1,000-point milestone, he is the first to do so as a junior—a remarkable accomplishment!

Windsor Charter Academy is proud to celebrate Austin S., a fifth-grade Firebird who has a passion for racing Legend Cars! Austin recently won the Silver State Road Course Series in Las Vegas in the Legend Car Young Lion division—a major milestone made even more impressive by the competition. At just 11 years old, Austin was the youngest driver in the field.
After earning Rookie of the Year at Colorado National Speedway last season, Austin is now set to compete for the Legend division championship, where he’ll race against adults, some with decades more experience. He’ll also continue sharpening his skills locally at the Colorado Karting Circuit.
Austin also had the opportunity to race at Legend Nationals in October alongside Kyle Busch, the legendary NASCAR driver. In a competitive 34-car field, Austin placed 11th, an outstanding result on a national stage!
We are proud of you, Austin! We can’t wait to see what’s next as you continue your racing journey!

We’re proud to celebrate an incredible season for the Windsor Charter Academy athletes who compete on the Windsor Middle School Wrestling team! Eight WCA middle school students are representing WMS this year—five at the varsity level—and their results speak for themselves.
At a recent dual meet, the team secured a decisive 73–35 victory over Ridgeline Middle School. Ryder P. earned his 7th consecutive pin of the season!
The varsity boys' team also competed at the highly competitive Wellington Invitational, which featured 20 teams and many of the top programs in Northern Colorado. The team placed 2nd overall, with standout individual performances from Ben L., Ryder P., and Luca M. Collectively, the five varsity wrestlers recorded 16 wins, 12 by pin. Congratulations to athletes on a successful season thus far!

Windsor Charter Academy is an award-winning tuition-free public charter school, serving grades K-12. We teach the Core Knowledge curriculum in grades K-8 and rigorous college classes in grades 9-12. Our high school students can earn a tuition-free Associate Degree. Our students can choose from a variety of enrichment activities including robotics, computer programming, theater, sculpture, and much more. Athletics is important part of our culture with intramural sports in 4th and 5th grade and competitive sports in grades 6 through 12.
