Friday night working the back of the house with Rocco DiSpirito, Bailey Shriver cooking petite lamb chops for two hours straight. Drew Gehret cooking crab ravioli for Antonia Lofaso. All of the Front of the house students serving, bussing and helping the chefs. What a night! Ending it all with a Tim McGraw concert.

The garden at Windsor Middle School lets students to explore the science behind growing plants and get hands-on experience with the farm-to-table movement, while eating farm fresh produce along the way.
