Yesterday we were in the Windsor Day Parade!! Our lil butterflies fluttered all the way through town, passing out pollinator garden seeds, & waving mushrooms. A huge thank you to all of our MEC families who participated, including alumni too!

How to make Fennel Fellows:
Step 1: Go on a foraging hike. Forage wild fennel. Eat some.
Step 2: Forage lake water. Don’t drink it.
Step 3: Settle in a lovely nature space to create art. Draw a face of someone you love.
Step 4: Using tape, attach fennel for “hair”.
Step 5: Use lake water to moisten watercolor paints, then add color to your Fennel Fellow.
Step 6: Admire your masterpiece.
