We are proud to announce that Emma B. has accepted an appointment to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point! She was nominated by Congressman Ken Buck and Senator John Hickenlooper. Emma is a first-generation American whose parents are from Ukraine. She is an exceptional student, an award-winning swimmer, and an exceptional Firebird. We are incredibly proud of you, Emma, and cannot wait to see you thrive at West Point!

On February 14th, the Windsor Charter Academy Boys' Varsity Basketball Team will play Frontier Academy at Ball Arena in Denver! Participants will have the opportunity to watch the Firebirds play, and then stay to watch the Denver Nuggets game. See below for ticket details!

The U.S. News and World Report recently named Windsor Charter Academy Elementary School and Middle School as top public schools - and top charter schools - in Colorado. Students and staff work hard each day to achieve excellence and we are proud of this national recognition for our school!

The Class of 2024 presented their projects during Senior Capstone Night! Students created poster boards showcasing their plans after graduation. Poster boards were filled with family photos, travel plans for the future, and career aspirations. We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2024 and can't wait to see how far they go! Always a Firebird!

We are "Raising the Bar" at Windsor Charter Academy! Over the last week, students signed a steel construction beam that will become a permanent part of our new Firebird Facility. Today, students attended our Raising the Bar ceremony where the steel construction beam was set into place. This was an important day in our school's history! Thank you to Weld RE-4 School District Superintendent Scallon, WCA Executive Board of Directors, Dohn Construction Inc., and Phoenix the mascot for joining us for this monumental occasion! We appreciate the voters who made this project possible!

We would like to introduce the newest member of our Firebird Family -- PHOENIX! Phoenix is our new school mascot. Over 500 students submitted a name as part of our Mascot Naming Contest. After hundreds of votes were counted, Phoenix was the clear winner. Welcome to the Firebird Family, Phoenix!
