Santa Rosa Junior College Emergency Medical Care We prepare caring individuals for a challenging but rewarding career in out of hospital care.

The SRJC Paramedic Academy is a nationally accredited, state approved intensive program that prepares the student to not only successfully complete the national certification board exam necessary for California paramedic licensure, but to function as a fully capable field care clinician providing competent, compassionate care to the sick and injured. Taught by local and national experts in the field, the Academy has an excellent reputation for preparing students for the rigors and rewards of field care.

Off The Vine: The W**e Country EMS Symposium is back for its 10th anniversary! Held at the beautiful Carole L Ellis Auditorium at the SRJC Petaluma Campus, this one day education event brings national and local experts to speak on their passion subjects. CEUs are available for EMTs, Paramedics, and RNs. Breakfast and Lunch are also included. And......we've lowered the cost, due to the generous support from our sponsors Kaiser Permanente, LifeWest Ambulance, Sutter Health and Scientific 3B!

This one semester class delves into topics like social determinants of health, health care equity and culturally-mediated care.
