You Have

- A minimum of 2 years of classroom experience.

- A genuine love of what you do and for the families you serve.

- A successful completion of twenty-one (21) college credits with

an early childhood focus is preferred, however, we are willing to train and offer the necessary professional development at no cost for the right teacher.

Your day will include

- Working 8:00-5:00 with a scheduled lunch break.

- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.

- Ensuring the classroom is clean and safe.

- Communicating with parents daily via email and in-person at drop off or pickup.

- Working alongside your team members to maintain an environment filled with learning and enjoyment.

Windsor Early Childhood Education Center is seeking a full time Lead Preschool Teacher to work alongside an assistant teacher to meet the developmental and educational needs of a group of children. The preschool teacher will participate in planning and implementing the curriculum, guiding children's behavior, and communicating with parents. The ideal candidate would have a passion for teaching children ages 3-5, have an understanding of best practice, have a solid work ethic, and be able to work with an amazing team of professional educators. To apply for this position, you must be at least 20 years of age and meet one of the following qualifications
• Vermont Early Childhood Career Ladder Level Three (3) Certificate
• Associate degree in Early Childhood or related field
• Or have completed at least 21 college credits with an early childhood or school age focus, and at least 12 months experience working with grades three or younger.

Position starts at $17 per hour
