MMA Fit class will be cancelled tonight. TKD will be held as scheduled. No change to TKD.

MMA TKD students and parents:
Monday, June 29th, TKD students should meet at the Windom movie theater for class. We plan to reserve the theater for students to watch the new Toy Story movie.

Please message me to let me know if you plan to attend.

MMA Fit:
Monday”s 5:15 MMA Fit class will not change. Class will still be held as scheduled.

MMA TKD students and parents:
We will meet at 6:00 pm on Monday for the parade. Our line up number is 46. The parade starts at 7:00 pm. Wear TKD pants, belt, and TKD tee shirt. Make sure to wear shoes that you are able to do TKD.

We will be walking in the Mountain Lake POW Wow parade, Monday, June 22nd. Please let me know if you will be able to participate. Details on when/ where to meet and what to wear will be provided to you next week.
