Space to Thrive's youngest students have been busy in the garden this summer!

Our toddlers make daily trips outside to water our lettuce, herbs, eggplant, cucumbers, and more. We harvested our first batch of mixed greens last week!

A huge thank you to Bumbleroot Organic Farm, Coast of Maine Organic Products, Inc., and Josh with JEdlundDesign for your generous donations and support. You helped take us from cardboard boxes to thriving garden beds, and we couldn't be more grateful! 🌱

Huge thank you to Kona Ice for stopping by today! They definitely know how to bring big smiles to our campers faces. We’re already looking forward to all of the visits we have planned throughout the rest of the summer. Thanks for making our day a little sweeter! 🍧

Huge thank you to the Windham Police Department for coming by today and helping us kick off our Windham Summer Program with a big smile! The kids enjoyed touring the cruisers, participating in a safety discussion and Q&A with Officers Hudnor and Hamilton, and meeting some of their fellow officers. They also had a very special visit from their new patrol pal, Zeus!

Thank you all for taking the time to visit our program, connect with our children, and for everything you do to keep our community safe.🚔🐾💙

School Age Leadership Retreat!

This week, our School Age Leadership gathered for learning, collaboration, and professional development. Together, we dove into topics including building independence through connection, nature play as a vehicle for supporting emotional regulation, and fostering conflict navigation skills.

As an organization, we are committed to continuous growth and deepening our understanding of current research. Our mission—to provide every child positive and accessible experiences that nurture development—is upheld every day by our incredible team.
