Windham Crossing Learning Center WCLC is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm, located on the Derry/Windham line. Excellence in education is our goal.

WCLC offers a unique, supportive, goal-setting education in which our students feel safe and secure within a structured and loving Christian environment. We attain this goal through ‘authentic modeling’, proactive responses towards behavior management, daily communication, and effective goal setting. Our students are encouraged to be actively engaged, inquisitive and creative.

🔥 Elijah and the Chariot of Fire 🔥

Elijah was a faithful prophet who loved and obeyed God. One day, as he walked with his helper Elisha, something incredible happened! A chariot and horses of fire appeared, and Elijah was taken up to heaven in a whirlwind. Elisha watched in amazement as God showed His power and reminded everyone that He always keeps His promises.

This amazing Bible story teaches us that God is faithful, powerful, and always with His people. ❤️📖✨

☀️ Last week, we learned all about the signs of summer!
We talked about the warm weather and all the fun that comes with the summer season. We also discussed some of our favorite summer activities, like going to the beach 🏖️ and playing outside.
Our fun-filled week included:
* Counting summer shapes
* Sensory play in the sandboxes
* Water play 💦
* Summer-themed crafts 🎨
It was a wonderful week full of learning, creativity, and summer fun!

Our Bible story was on Jonah and the Big Fish. God specifically called Jonah to go to the town of Ninveh and talk to them about making better choices as they were not making good ones. Jonah said no and traveled the other direction. In his travels, there was a storm and he knew it was God redirecting him to do what He asked. God asks us to obey. It was for the best for Jonah even if Jonah didn’t even realize it yet! But it was for the good for the people of Nineveh to help them. God sent a big fish to bring Jonah back to Nineveh, and Jonah did what God asked. And then he got to see the reward of the people of Nineveh turning around for the better! Jonah was so blessed by God and thankful he obeyed. 🐳

At our learning center, we’re lucky to be located right on a farm! Twice a month, our little learners get to explore the farm, meet the animals, and experience hands-on learning in nature. 🌿
From saying hello to the cows, goats, chickens, and sheep, to observing how they live and grow, each visit is filled with curiosity, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 🐮🐓🐐
