Birchwood shouts out a BIG thank you to all our families, children, and staff! It has been a joy as the children filled our happy buildings with love and laughter. This wonderful story has come to a close. It was a bittersweet day July 1st when we closed our doors after many years of loving, laughing, and learning. We will think of you all often and we wish you all the best. ❤️

If you drove by Birchwood today, you may have read "Thanks Connie" on our sign. We surprised Mrs. DiBiase with a Thank You Celebration. On the lawn, children sang "Thank You" to the tune of Happy Birthday. Blackbeard, a frequent visitor to Birchwood, read the poem below to show our appreciation for all the steadfast leadership Mrs. DiBiase displayed to the teachers, children, and families in these tough times. It is no doubt a year into the pandemic, that we are all still here at Birchwood because of leadership. Now we invite families and friends of Birchwood to type your own thank you message in the comments. Yes, she is humble and will be after us tomorrow for putting her on public display, but she deserves so much recognition!
