BPC stands for: Breath. Posture. Cue.

It’s a teaching framework - not a script - that’s become a hallmark of modern power yoga because it encourages classes that are consistent, intentional, and easy to follow - whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

🫁 Breath gives every movement a purpose.
🧘 Posture helps you build familiarity over time.
🎯 Cue provides clear coaching to help you move with better technique, alignment, confidence, and control.

A milestone we’re incredibly proud of. 🎉

We’re excited to announce that our Yoyogi Sculpt Instructor Training has officially been approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and is recognized by Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education (YACEP).

As an independently owned studio, creating an instructor training that meets the standards of both one of the fitness industry’s most recognized **accredited** certifying organizations (ACE) and the world’s largest yoga registry (Yoga Alliance) is something we’re incredibly proud of.

This wasn’t an off-the-shelf program or a licensed format. Every lesson, every standard, and every page of this curriculum was developed by our team from the ground-up over the last year+ to create an instructor training that is practical, evidence-informed, and built for long-term success.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your teaching or a fitness professional looking to earn continuing education while mastering a now nationally-recognized Yoga Sculpt methodology, this training was designed for you.
