Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating all aspects of The Mermaid Academy while on site at our resort partners.

These duties include:

Setting up the The Mermaid Academy display
Signing guests up for The Mermaid Academy
Instructing The Mermaid Academy Experience
What will I be doing?

As a member of The Mermaid Academy team, you will be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our service guidelines and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Preparing for your day and ensuring all necessary items are brought to each resort.
Properly preparing your workstation on the pool deck to ensure you are ready for guests as they arrive.
Must be able to tolerate & work in outdoor temperatures and environment.
Interacting with both our hotel partners as well as guests of the resort.
General clerical/administrative duties are also be required.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by The Mermaid Academy from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Job Requirements

Must have your own reliable transportation
Experience working with children, hosting organized activities, and working with the public.
