Hornet families, tomorrow is our **FAST ELA assessment**!

Please make sure your student:

✅ Arrives at school on time
✅ Brings their school laptop fully charged and ready
✅ Gets a good night’s sleep
✅ Eats a healthy breakfast

Students who normally bring their own device must use a **school-issued device for testing**. They will be provided with one tomorrow morning.

🧪🐻 Science was extra sweet in our sixth-grade Life Science class!

After two weeks of building their knowledge of scientific investigations, variables, observations and data, our students put their learning into action with a hands-on Gummy Bear Investigation!

Students designed and conducted their own investigations, made careful observations, collected and analyzed data, and used evidence to answer their scientific questions. What an engaging way for our young scientists to practice the scientific process!

🧪🔬 Science in Action! 🔬🧪

Our 8th Grade Scientists have been busy during the first two weeks of school! Students jumped right into hands-on learning with activities focused on lab safety and the scientific method.

Through collaboration, investigation, and critical thinking, students practiced the skills and procedures that will help them safely explore, experiment, and discover throughout the year. We love seeing our students asking questions, testing ideas, and thinking like scientists! 🥼🧠🔍
