Understand that you operate from victory, and you must live from that place of victory. You must develop your mind to think and make decisions like you have already won no matter what the circumstances are. A winning mindset must be cultivated and watered to reap a harvest of victory.

Many times leaders make is the mistake of trying to do too much when they don't have to. You were not made to do everything. As a leader you need to need to work with what you got. Work with your God-given natural talents and skills, and then help the others around you to cultivate theirs. This will help your team be a more effective unit, because you will always operate at a higher level in a skill set that you are already good at.

So start identifying your sweet spot and stay in it. Then begin to look at others around you to fill the areas that you are not naturally efficient in. When evaluating others have the understanding that many times they do not know their unique area of giftedness. So therefore as a leader you need to be able to evaluate talent, cultivate it and then put it to work.

In 2016 I met a person whom GOD used to transform my life forever. He is my Pastor and has been like a father to me. When you set smart goals they need to be in a progression that leads to consistent growth. Stop focusing all your attention on your highlight reels, and identify areas in your game that you need to level up. Once you do this make goals for those areas you need to enhance, focus on attacking them one at a time, and each time you accomplish one then move onto the next area. Once you become well rounded then make the goals harder and continue to repeat the process.

When you over prepare you will overcome any lack of confidence or doubt that you may have. The over preparation process will build up a level of confidence on the inside of you that will show up when you need it. It will overcome those intrusive negative thoughts and replace them with the face necessary to dominate them. You can have faith in the fact that you have put in the extra work that provides you with the ability to win. Remember when you are congruent in the process, you can produce the desired outcome.
