It's Recital Day!! I can't wait to see each student perform this afternoon. Each of them have worked so hard on their pieces, and this is an incredible opportunity for them to show how much they've learned! One of my students worked on a piece that he really wanted to learn! Unfortunately he will be unable to perform today, but I wanted to share how hard he has worked with everyone. This student has been taking lessons for less than 3 months, and I am proud of how much progress he has made. Here is his performance from Mary Poppins.

The holiday season is upon us, and these gifted musicians are hard at work on their holiday music. We are excited to announce that this year, we will be performing at a local assisted living facility. Everyone is eager to share their talents, and it is a delight to hear these musicians practice and perfect their holiday pieces. An added benefit of lessons with me is that students who prefer not to perform can still practice their own holiday pieces. I welcome suggestions from students on songs they would like to learn. If you are interested in enrolling your student in music lessons or giving the gift of music for Christmas, it is not too late to do so.
