From our jigsaw “destination exploration” of different rivers, to discovering the science of reflection and refraction, and making music in music class—there is always something exciting happening at CLES! 👨🏽‍🔬🔦🏞️

📚✨ Little learners, BIG literacy! ✨📚

In kindergarten, literacy is so much more than learning letters and sounds—it’s wondering, exploring, talking, listening, and falling in love with books.

From joyful read-alouds 📖 to discovering new stories in the library 📚, our kindergarten Critters are building vocabulary, connecting literacy with science, social studies, and math, growing their imaginations, and learning that books can take you anywhere! 🌎✨

We’re growing readers one story, one question, and one adventure at a time! 💚

Update:WEDNESDAY!!

We would LOVE to see your pups in the morning and afternoon car rider lines! Bring your four-legged friends along for the ride and let them say hello!
Staff will have a tasty treat to share when time and traffic allow—but keeping our car rider line moving safely comes first, so we may not be able to stop at every car. We can’t wait to see all of our Critters’ favorite critters!

Friday’s New Student House Reveal was such a fun day as our newest Critters discovered where they belong! Our Houses are about so much more than a color—they help our students BELONG, encourage them to BELIEVE in one another, challenge them to ACHIEVE more, and inspire them to make a positive IMPACT.
