There's still time! Summer is approaching, and its a great time to get your student leaders fired up for the next school year!

I would love to partner with you and your program on how we can take your leaders to the NEXT level! Something I offer to clients is a post check-in with your team 30-60 days after the initial training! This is helpful for students and directors/coaches as they being or are currently in their season.

I am also available for coaching sessions and consulting if interested. Would love to work with you!

Thank you everyone that made time to talk about student leadership at the Georgia Music Educator's Conference!

Starting on Monday, February 5, there will be regular posts that will hopefully brighten your day. I'll also include some teaching tips, organizational advice, and hopefully stir some conversation!

I need some accountability!

Last year I was able to do 13 books! Only downside was I didn’t read anything after August. 😂

I want do a book a month. I came up with these selections and I have a couple that I’ll read not included on this list.

Can’t wait to dive in!

I am excited to launch and beginning to publicize FUSE Leadership Initiative! I offer training for student leaders (fine arts, sports, extra-curricular activities, etc.), consulting work for student leadership teams and for fine arts programs, and 1-on-1 career and life coaching for educators.

Some of the unique things I offer and can relate to:

⚡️Having to have student leaders serves as staff and assistant coaches throughout competition seasons.

⚡️Experienced navigated burnout from both teaching during the Pandemic and recognizing things about myself I needed to no longer accept but change for my longevity as an educator.

⚡️Discovering and implementing organizational systems that have helped me both professionally and personally.

⚡️Bringing experience in conflict management with students, adult volunteers, co-workers, and bosses.

⚡️Offer follow-up session with your student leadership team 30-60 days after initial training.

⚡️Helping teachers and coaches navigate life during the busy seasons of the school year.
