Welcome to Level 1, Class of 2030!⚡

Our newest electrical apprentices kicked off their first day at Propel Career Academy with a cookout, a welcome from their instructors, and their first night in the classroom.

Day one is about getting to know each other, the program, and the people who will be in your corner through this journey. Over the coming months, this group will train two nights a week, earn NCCER credentials, and build the skills for a career in the electrical trade.

To everyone who walked in the door: you belong here. We can’t wait to see where this goes.

Propel Day 2026 ⚡ On October 6, we took a break from the books to celebrate the students, instructors, and team who make Propel Career Academy what it is. A Red Bull bar rolled in, the cups got filled, and every class got in on the fun.

From the electrical lab to the welding shop, it was a great day to be part of this community.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and made the day one to remember. Here’s to what’s next!

Congratulations to our welding cohort on graduating from Propel Career Academy! From putting in the work in the shop to somehow ending up at JCPenney for the most gloriously 90s family photos we’ve ever seen, this group made some memories along the way.

We’re proud of everything they’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see where their skills take them next. 🔥

A special shoutout to Aiden, who earned the Torchbearer Award for standing out throughout the program. Well deserved, Aiden! 👏

Drop a 🔥 in the comments to congratulate our grads, and tag any familiar faces!

🌮 National Taco Day + Taco Tuesday? Yeah, we had to celebrate.

Chef Luke was on the grill this past Friday serving up tacos for all our classes, and they did not disappoint.

Want to be part of the fun?
Come check out what’s happening at Propel. 👀

Happy National Taco Day! 🌮🔥

Our welding students are putting their skills to work outside the classroom. 🔧

The afternoon class recently repaired a chair for USO San Antonio. Marine Veterans Paul Rouch and Dakota Youngblood completed all of the welds.

Pretty cool project to have in the shop. 🇺🇸

Our graduating welding cohort got the chance to show off and show out at our “Skill Off” challenge! 🔥

We couldn’t be prouder to see how much this team has grown and to watch them put everything they’ve learned into action.

If you see someone you know, tag ’em! 👇

And someone find and tag Alan... I think he won Best Dance Moves? 😂

Propel Career Academy had the privilege of welcoming Jason Zipprian, CEO of , to visit our Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship Accelerator.

Jason began his own career at FSG as an electrical apprentice and worked his way through the industry before becoming CEO.

Jason shared his electrical experience through the years, answered questions, and spoke with our students about the opportunities that can come from hard work, continued growth, and building a career in the skilled trades.

At Propel Career Academy, we believe exposure to industry leaders and real-world career paths is an important part of preparing our students for what comes next.

Thank you, Jason Zipprian and FSG, for taking the time to invest in our students. We’re grateful for your support of the next generation entering the electrical industry

🔥 National Welding Month done right 🔥

We’ve got to give a big shoutout to our evening welding crew here at Propel 👏

These guys have been putting in the hours after a long day—and it’s paying off. They just passed their D1.1 Flux Core weld test, and that’s no small thing 💪👨‍🏭

This takes real focus, patience, and a lot of practice. Seeing them stick with it and hit this milestone is what it’s all about.

This is exactly why we do what we do at Propel—helping students build real skills so they’re ready to step into a career when they finish.

Proud of the work you’re putting in 🔥
