BJDSOP faculty members Dr. Ranjani Varadarajan and Dr. Kayla Joyner presented findings from their two-year national survey examining the impact of microaggressions on satisfaction and program completion among postgraduate year one pharmacy residents. Their research highlights the importance of creating inclusive, supportive training environments where every pharmacy resident can thrive.

Katie Sanders, Director of Admissions and Alumni Affairs, joined colleagues from Appalachian College of Pharmacy, University of Houston, and Texas A&M University to present at the AACP Admissions Workshop on the innovative ways reporting can be used to enhance recruitment and admissions processes.
