🎃👻 CALLING ALL BUSINESSES, FAMILIES, CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS! 👻🎃

We’re looking for YOU to be part of Indian Hollow Elementary School PTO’s Trunk-or-Treat! 🧡🖤

Do you own a local business? Belong to a club or organization? Have a family that loves Halloween fun? We’d love for you to sign up to decorate a trunk, hand out treats, and help make this event extra special for our Indian Hollow families and community! 🚗🍬

✨ Be part of the fun! ✨
🕸️ Decorate a trunk with your favorite Halloween theme.
🍭 Hand out candy and goodies to our trick-or-treaters.
🎃 Help create a fun, safe, and memorable evening for our kids.
❤️ Connect with and give back to our amazing community!

There is no fee for trunks to participate or set up!

🎃🍂 A HUGE THANK YOU to Spring Valley Farm Market- Wi******er ! 🍂🎃

We are so grateful for their generous donation of pumpkins for our Book Character Pumpkin Decorating Contest! 📚🎃 Thanks to their kindness, each class will get to decorate its very own pumpkin to represent a book character!

🗳️ Voting will take place at our Trunk-or-Treat event next week! We can’t wait for everyone to see the creativity and hard work our students put into their pumpkins!

🍁 If you have a chance this fall, stop by Spring Valley Farm Market – Wi******er and thank them for giving back to their community! ❤️

Donations like these make such a difference and help support our PTO’s mission to support our staff, students, and community. We are so thankful for local businesses that show up for our school!

🦅❤️💙 Where Does Your PTO Donation Go?

Our goal is $28,000 — and there is a reason behind that number!

The Indian Hollow Elementary PTO works throughout the school year to provide financial support and experiences that benefit our students, teachers, staff, and school as a whole.

Our PTO budget is carefully planned to help provide support in several important areas, including:

🚌 Field Trips – We help offset costs associated with field trips and special student experiences, giving our Hawks opportunities to learn beyond the classroom.

📚 Organizational & School Support – Providing financial support for programs, activities, and needs that benefit our school and students.

🍎 Staff Support – From homeroom allowances and school supplies to other needs, PTO funds help provide resources that directly support our school.

❤️ Staff Appreciation – We budget for staff shirts, staff appreciation week, gifts, lunches, and other ways to recognize and support the incredible teachers and staff who care for our students every day.

💙 Student Programs & Initiatives
We also help support initiatives such as the PBIS Store, recognition events, Field Day, and other activities throughout the year.

Our $28,000 goal represents the expenses we anticipate covering this school year to help make these opportunities and supports possible.

So when you donate to the PTO, you’re not just helping us reach a number.

You’re helping fund experiences, resources, programs, and appreciation that impact our entire Indian Hollow community. 🦅

Every $5. Every $10. Every $25.
It all adds up. And every dollar makes a difference.

Our goal is $28,000 because we want to continue saying YES when our students, teachers, staff, and school need support.
