This week's theme was "fishers of men." So we had a special guest come in to summer camp and teach all about fishing! They all learned a lot and had fun at the same time. Thank you, Mr. Greg Miller, for your time and teaching.

Many people don’t know that LBCS runs year round for certain age groups. These ladies are staying late on a Friday to get their rooms ready for the summer program that begins on Monday! Thank you, ladies!

We are excited to officially move forward under one unified name and vision as Lighthouse Baptist Christian School — all while entering our 50th year of ministry!

As our ministry continues to grow, we believe this updated structure will provide greater clarity, consistency, and unity across every stage of education and development. While our heart and mission remain the same, this unified approach better reflects the complete educational journey we offer to families.
Beginning next school year, Lighthouse Baptist Christian School will consist of four departments:

The Pre-School — Infant through 4 Years Old
The Lower School — K5 through 5th Grade
The Middle School — 6th through 8th Grade
The Upper School — 9th through 12th Grade

As we celebrate five decades of God’s faithfulness, we are thankful for the opportunity to continue investing in young people through Christ-centered education from infancy through graduation. What a privilege it is to watch students grow academically, spiritually, and personally within one unified school family.

We are grateful to the many families, teachers, staff members, and church members who have helped shape this ministry over the past 50 years, and we look forward with excitement to all that God has ahead for Lighthouse Baptist Christian School!

First day of summer break, and LBCS is already performing renovations as improvements for the next school year! We are working on office renovations to better accommodate the lower school increased traffic flow and teacher lounge use in the upper level of the school building. The fun begins!
