Hard to believe that school has been in session for over a month already! 💙📚
August- School is back in session, and we are so excited to begin another wonderful season of learning, laughter, friendships, and growth with our children!
Our children have made it through Transition Week, Back-to-School Night, and the excitement of getting accustomed to their new classrooms and routines. It has been such a joy watching everyone settle in, build confidence, and make new connections. We’ve also loved seeing our past students head off to school and continue their own journeys. We are so proud of them! 🥰
There have been so many great things happening already! We celebrated International Literacy Day and decided to make it a whole week of celebrating the joy of reading! 📖✨ We enjoyed a special puppet show, welcomed a special guest reader, and created lots of fun opportunities to bring stories to life.
We also had the pleasure of celebrating Grandparents’ Day with the wonderful grandparents who play such an important role in our children’s lives. It was a beautiful reminder of just how special our school community truly is. ❤️
We’ve also been busy learning more about each child through developmental screenings and assessments. These are wonderful opportunities for us to celebrate each child’s growth, recognize their strengths, and make sure we are supporting their individual needs as they continue to learn and develop. 🌱
One of the sweetest parts of our year has been welcoming old friends and past students back for visits! There’s something so special about seeing familiar faces walk through our doors, hearing about their adventures, and watching our current children light up when they see them. Those connections remind us that the relationships we build here truly last. 💕👋
Our classrooms are settling into routines, building bridges, making connections, and enjoying meaningful daily interactions. We continue getting to know our new friends who have joined us while staying connected with the familiar faces we’ve come to love.
So many wonderful things have already happened, and we’re just getting started! Cheers to a fantastic school year filled with curiosity, kindness, friendship, laughter, and lots of learning! 🎉🍎💙
