The Waddlers had a blast creating stress balls today! 🎈😊 While the goal was to get all the ingredients inside the balloons, let’s just say some of the ingredients had other plans and ended up everywhere else! 😂

Even with the extra mess, our little learners had so much fun exploring, creating, and practicing their fine motor skills. Sometimes the best learning experiences are the messiest ones! ❤️

Ms. Skye’s preschoolers had a fantastic day at Jim Barnett Park! Our students enjoyed exploring the playground, playing with friends, and sharing a packed lunch together. To top it all off, they cooled down with a delicious ice cream treat. With the warm weather, the ice cream definitely hit the spot! ☀️🍦🛝

Fun at the Shenandoah Valley Discovery Museum!😊

Today, Mr. Dee’s students had a blast exploring a fun Sink or Float science activity! 🧪🌊

The children made predictions and tested different objects to see whether they would sink or float. Through this hands-on experiment, they learned that some objects sink while others float and discovered how science is all around us.

What a fun day of learning, exploring, and thinking like little scientists! 🔍✨

Our preschoolers became little nature explorers today! 🌱🎨 They took a walk through the garden, carefully observed the flowers, plants, and insects around them, and then drew pictures of what they saw. This hands-on activity encouraged observation skills, creativity, and an appreciation for the beauty of nature. We love learning through exploration! 🌼🦋🌿

🚀🪐 Mrs. Skye’s preschoolers had a blast learning about the planets! We explored our amazing solar system, discovered fun facts about each planet, and talked about what makes them unique. Learning is always an adventure when we reach for the stars! 🌟💙

Today, I celebrate 31 years at Fremont Street Nursery, serving children, families, and our community. I am grateful for every child, parent, staff member, and supporter who has been part of this incredible journey. Here's to 31 years of love, learning, and making a difference!

🦒 This week in the Waddlers class, we learned all about giraffes! We enjoyed reading a book about giraffes and discovering fun facts about these amazing animals. Learning through stories and discussions helps build language, listening, and critical thinking skills while making learning fun!😊

Our preschoolers have been hard at work tracing numbers and practicing writing their names! ✏️📚

These activities help build fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, number recognition, and early writing confidence; all while making learning fun! We are so proud of their progress each day. 💙

A new month is almost here, and Fremont Street Nursery is now enrolling new students! 🌈
