My connection to Shearer is super personal—I’m a proud Mama to two boys who will be in the second grade this year, and I absolutely love watching them and their friends grow in such a supportive and fun community.

Hi, Shearer Shark family! My name is Hannah Abner, and I am incredibly excited to be serving as your PTO Vice President for the second consecutive year. I am deeply passionate about supporting our school, our teachers, and—most importantly—our students.

My commitment to Shearer Elementary is personal; I am the proud mom of two wonderful girls who both attend Shearer. I love getting to watch them grow alongside their classmates and friends in such a supportive community.

We have an amazing school year ahead of us, and I can't wait to collaborate with our wonderful families and dedicated staff to make it the best one yet. Go Sharks! 🦈

Hi, I’m Cortney Henry, and I’m so excited to be back for my fourth year on the Shearer Elementary PTO board! This will be my third year serving as Secretary.

I’m the proud mom of two amazing girls. When I’m not volunteering, you can usually find me cheering them on—whether it’s at the ball field or at pageants. They definitely keep me busy!

This will be my last year on the Shearer PTO, as my youngest will be in fourth grade. I’m looking forward to making this a fun and memorable final year, and I can’t wait to work alongside all of you to make it a great one for our students, staff, and families!

Hi! I'm Angela Sallee, and I'm honored to serve as President of the Shearer Elementary PTO for the second year. This is my 3rd year serving on the PTO Board.
I'm a proud mom of three children and have a passion for bringing people together to create memorable experiences for families and our community. Professionally, I own Bit By Bit Events, where I've spent over 15 years planning and coordinating events, and I also work as a travel advisor helping families create magical vacations.
As PTO President, my goal is to build a strong partnership between our families, teachers, staff, and community. I believe every volunteer, no matter how much time they can give, plays an important role in making our school an amazing place for our students. I'm excited to help create fun events, support our incredible teachers, and make lasting memories for our Shearer Sharks.
When I'm not volunteering or planning events, you'll usually find me cheering on my kids at their activities, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors.
I'm looking forward to an exciting year and can't wait to work alongside our amazing Shearer families. Together, we can make this a fantastic year for our students!
