After a week of auditions and callbacks, Liminality Theatre is happy to announce the cast for the world premiere of "Kansas is For Giants" a new play by Richard Colley

After careful consideration, we at Liminality and Theatre X are excited to announce the projects that have been selected for our Dissonance Movement Festival.

This year’s pieces:
Discord- by Ashayla Byrd
Artikulate- by Adrienne Elion
Giving Up- by Stanley Payne
Sound of Charge- by Carmen Burbridge
The River Flowing- by Abigail Haggerty
Push- by Joana Tsuhlares

The festival will also include a special guest performance from our student group sponsor SUreal! This event will be an amazing exploration of movement and sound and will feature a plethora of SU artists. The best part? It's FREE! So be sure to keep your calendars open, and come out to the Dissonance Movement Festival on March 2nd!

For those of you interested in auditioning for Kansas is for Giants, here are the character breakdowns for the show!

JC- 15, a young boy full of Hope and trust in those around him. Scared of the future.

Cole- 17, a boy who's been through a lot, it has closed him off as he struggles to put even a small piece of good into the world

Sharon-16, a young girl who is smart, kind, and quick to ask questions. She stands her ground in the face of adversity

The time has arrived! Audition sign up for “Kansas is for Giants” is now open.

Go to the link posted below and sign up for an audition slot. Auditions will be held on February 2nd from 12-4 and callbacks will be later in the evening. Please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue for the audition.
