Our students brought contagious energy to campus and jumped right back into the swing of things! From big smiles coming off the bus, to reading The Pigeon Has to Go to School!, to practicing new routines and diving into small group work—our Pandas are already crushing it. 📚✏️

Now entering her fifth year as principal, Ms. Maestle continues to lead FDES with a passion for academic excellence, dual language education, and creating a welcoming school community where every student can thrive.

Entering his second year at FDES, Mr. Campbell brings a strong background in instructional leadership, mathematics education, and innovative teaching, along with a deep commitment to supporting students, staff, and families.

We're excited for the future of FDES and can't wait to welcome our Pandas back on August 11!

Here is an amazing community opportunity for our students to meet the authors of some of the most popular children’s books! Plus there will be free ice cream, books, and so much more! We hope to see all of our Pandas there!
