The ever-popular CCPS Book Bus hits the road Monday. Packed with great reads and summer learning opportunities, the Book Bus will make regular stops around the community. Make plans for your child to climb aboard, explore, and take home a new favorite book!

As we begin wrapping up the school year, I want to take a moment to thank the 2025-2026 Baker News Crew. From working cameras, computers, and teleprompters to reporting what's happening at school, this student-run news crew reported live from Baker each morning. They were a wonderful group to work with!

It was fitting to end National Library Week with two of our wonderful librarians, Ms. Misty and Mr. Kellen, from the Clark County Public Library. They challenged students' word skills today with a game of Boggle. We are so lucky to have such great programs and librarians at the public library

We've been working on stop-motion animation projects in library related arts classes. These reflective innovators drafted a story, pitched their ideas to group members, and then collaborated with their groups to animate the story. Their creativity definitely showed!
