Back in August, a group of our ladies traveled to East York, PA to compete at the most recent Joan D’Arce tournament. We had a great showing, and every one of our competitors brought home at least one gold sash! 🙌

We are a month away from the next Joan of D'arce event, and we can't wait to bring another group of our ladies out to test themselves!

Joan of D'arce is an all-female competition that allows women and girls to compete in a low-cost, low-pressure, safe, supportive environment. There are already over 100 registrations, and we wouldn't be surprised to see that number top 200 before registration closes.

Make sure to catch the next event November 15th in Sykesville, MD!

We have a ZEBRA in the house! 🦓🤍🖤

Toni earned the last stripe on her white belt this morning in our 6AM class!

Here is what Anneke, one of Toni's coaches, has to say: "So proud to give this lady her fourth stripe! I’ve had the pleasure of coaching her and watching her grow on the mats. Her hard work, determination, and progress have been so rewarding to witness."

Please join us in congratulating Toni! 👏👏👏
