Hello Bison Families,

This Saturday is the Prom. We are excited for you all!

Below you will find important information for the event:

Entrance: It is expected that each person attending the event brings a form of identification (drivers license, school ID, etc.) in order to get into the event.

Where: Prom will be held at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park: 15500 San Pasqual Valley Rd, Escondido, CA 92027

Arrival: The event starts at 7pm and ends at 11 pm.

Arrival Information: Students NEED to be checked into the event no later than 9 pm. Any student who arrives after that time will be turned away and no refund will be given.

Security: Will be conducting bag and security checks for all attendees. Items such as gum, mints, liquids, food, drink, are not permitted into the venue. Such items will be confiscated upon entry.

Behavior: Just a reminder that this is a school event and even though it is off campus, school rules still apply. Any student removed from Prom for disciplinary issues will not receive a refund. Admin also reserves the right to withhold participation in other activities, for example. Gradtivities, Graduation Ceremony, etc. without refund for students facing disciplinary consequences.

Parking: Is available on site and is free.

Prom Court voting: Will take place at Prom only. Voting will take place electronically. You will use your smartphone to scan a QR code and submit your vote. Only students who attend Prom and are a current 11th or 12th grade Liberty High School student will have access to voting. Voting will be open from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Crowning will take place near the stage at 9:30 pm.

Professional Photography: Cherished Memories will be on hand to take professional photos at Prom. You will need to pre-order your package before Prom. All sales will be done online through Cherished Memories. They will not accept cash/credit on site the night of the event. Please see their flyer for more information.

SENIORS!! There are only TWO days left (including today) to purchase Grad Nite tickets and turn in your permission slip. You MUST have your ticket purchased and permission slip turned in by tomorrow, February 15th to secure your spot on the bus! 🦬🦬🦬
