As many of you know, Irene Cano and Gilbert H Cano Jr have been staples in Camp CommUnity since we started and play a huge role in helping make camp (and aftercare) a success year after year. Sadly on Sunday evening Gilbert tragically and unexpectedly lost his mother. This loss has rocked the Cano family and caused hardship on top of their grieve. We’re extending our hearts with the Canos in their time of need and wanted to share with any of you who have been touched by their love and generosity. We love you Cano Family.

Last week at camp and we got quite the lost and found. If you recognize any of these, claim them otherwise Friday at 5:30 they’ll be boxed up to donate.

Today kicked off our first last day of camp, and whew—it was busy, busy! 📣 Between all the fun, activities, and making the most of every moment, we didn't get many pictures. But that's okay because we definitely made plenty of memories that will last long after camp ends. ❤️☀️

Week 3 may have been a little soggy, but nothing was going to rain on our fun! 🌧️➡️☀️

We wrapped up the week with a Friday full of laughs, games, and one very sweet celebration—Camp Community's 10th Birthday! 🎉

A few volunteers proudly created homemade piñatas, and when it came time to break them open...let's just say they were built to last! 💪🍬 Even the teachers took their best swings, but those piñatas refused to quit! Thankfully, Mrs. Mars and Mrs. Hess saved the day, making sure every camper walked away with plenty of candy to celebrate.

Rain or shine, this week was filled with creativity, resilience, and memories we'll be talking about for years to come.

Now it's time for our FINAL WEEK...and it's GAME ON! 🎮🏆 We can't wait to see everyone one last time as we finish the summer with our biggest week yet!
