Happy Mother’s Day!!I hope you love your plants! We started these seeds in March and cared for them for weeks! They may not look like much now but if you plant them in the ground you’ll have fresh cutting flowers all summer!!!! Enjoy your special day! ❤️💐🫶

Sometime I spend a little time on my prep hanging with some former friends who I am still thrilled like to visit ….

We had so much fun today! ✨ Mr. Greasley and I have been working on a fun surprise: a Peter Pan breakout room! The children used what they learned from our Peter Pan studies along with math, reading, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to complete the challenge. Every single team escaped! 🏴‍☠️🔐 (The last team ran out to their bus before I could grab a team picture!)

One of these lovely ladies saved up most of her warm n’ fuzzies so far this year to have lunch with me and a friend of her choice! She saved 50 warm n’ fuzzies and picked this reward instead of stickers, trinkets, toys, or homework pass. Makes me feel so humbled she chose to spend some extra time with me and her friend! We played uno, hangman, and chatted about our lives!!!

Snaps from yesterday’s fifth-grade buddy presentations. The fifth-graders presented their final ELA module project to their buddies. Our third-graders appreciated their writing and offered thoughtful feedback (“steps” and “stars”). It’s wonderful to see how the modules complement each other year after year! Our third-graders linked their frog unit to the fifth-graders’ rainforest study!!!
