From milestone moments to celebrations big and small, every girl deserves the opportunity to feel confident, seen, and ready to shine. ✨👗💐

Thank you to Women United and Next Gen United of United Way of Broward County for their generous donation of formal gowns, helping our Pace girls dress the part for special occasions and life’s memorable moments. Your support is more than fabric and sequins. It is a reminder that an entire community believes in their potential and is cheering them on every step of the way.

Because confidence looks good on every girl. 💙

There is something beautiful about growing together. 🌸✨

During a recent Family Bonding Enrichment Group, Pace Broward girls and their caregivers shared meaningful conversations about emotional, physical, and social safety before expressing their journeys through creativity. Inspired by the theme "Blooming Into Something New: Growing Through Challenges and Change," families designed unique clothing pieces that reflected their resilience, growth, and hope for the future.

Together, they strengthened connections, celebrated progress, and embraced the beauty of becoming. 💕🌿

Big dreams start with exploring what's possible. 🎓✨

Our PaceWorks students recently connected with colleges, technical schools, military representatives, and community partners during an inspiring College Fair designed to help them envision their futures beyond graduation.

From higher education and skilled trades to military service and career training, our girls had the opportunity to ask questions, gather resources, and discover pathways that align with their goals and passions.

Thank you to all of the organizations that invested their time and encouragement into our students. Every conversation opened a new door of possibility. 💙

Our recent Career Fair at Pace Broward was such an inspiring experience for our girls ✨

Students had the opportunity to hear from an incredible panel of women across diverse career paths, including City Commissioner Pam Beasley-Pittman, a professional esthetician, makeup artist, and dancer. Through meaningful conversations and interactive breakout sessions, students were able to ask questions, explore different industries, and gain real-world insight from women walking boldly in their purpose.

Most importantly, this experience gave our girls the opportunity to see themselves reflected in successful women from all walks of life and imagine new possibilities for their own futures.

✨ Her Path, Her Pace ✨

Pace Broward is proud to launch Her Path, Her Pace. A new program designed to connect our girls with inspiring women, meaningful career journeys, and the confidence to create futures of their own.

We were honored to kick off the series with Shona Tuckman, founder of Kreate Films and an accomplished writer, director, and producer. Shona shared her story with honesty, insight, and encouragement, giving our girls a firsthand look at the creativity, resilience, and determination it takes to pursue your passion.

Most importantly, she reminded them that their voices matter and their dreams are valid. 🤍

This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait for the powerful conversations and connections still to come.

Our Pace Broward girls didn’t just walk the runway… they owned it. ✨♻️

At the Young At Art Museum Recycled Fashion Show, our girls transformed recycled materials into powerful works of art, showcasing their creativity, confidence, and individuality every step of the way.

From sketching ideas to handcrafting each piece, this experience was about so much more than fashion. It was about self-expression, teamwork, and discovering the beauty in turning something ordinary into something unforgettable. 💛

Thank you to everyone who supported and celebrated our girls throughout this incredible experience!

Some recipes go beyond the kitchen ✨🍳

Pace girls recently teamed up with renowned chef and author Lenore Nolan Ryan for a hands-on experience inspired by Love is the Main Ingredient. Paired with Pace Board members, they created more than a meal. They built confidence, connection, and lasting memories.

Lenore also led an inspiring workshop, encouraging our girls to pursue their passions with heart. 💛

Because when young women are supported and inspired, incredible things happen.

Thank you to Lenore Nolan Ryan and our incredible Board members for pouring into our girls and making this experience so special.

Just over $180,000 raised. ✨

An entire room united in one powerful belief: girls deserve every opportunity to succeed.

Thank you to our presenting sponsor, the Amaturo Family Foundation, our partners at Amazon, and our incredible co-chairs Alex Ayodele and Anne Cabrera for helping bring this meaningful event to life. We’re also deeply grateful to all of our sponsors, supporters, and believers who continue to stand with our girls.

From moving spoken word to unforgettable stories, this year’s Empowerment Luncheon reminded us that belief truly changes everything.
