Pace provides girls an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, and training.

Pace is a nonprofit organization that has served more than 40,000 girls since 1985. We believe all girls, regardless of their story, deserve a safe and supportive space where they can become strong, compassionate, and successful women. Pace combines education, counseling, and life skills coaching for girls in middle and high school at no cost. Our year-round academics and mental health supports wo

rk hand-in-hand to achieve a holistic and comprehensive path to success. The Pace Reach Program provides therapy where you are, offering social, emotional, and behavioral health and case management services for girls ages 11-17 and their families at no cost. Reach helps girls build relationships, learn communication skills, build positive coping skills, improve grades and more from the comfort of familiar places. The Reach Center provides individual and family counseling as well as diversion/civil citation services to girls 8-17. Pace Center for Girls receives support from the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice.

Through our partnership with First Tee, Pace Broward girls are learning valuable life skills both on and off the course. From building confidence and resilience to developing perseverance, integrity, and leadership, each lesson helps prepare them to navigate challenges and reach their goals.

We're grateful to First Tee for helping our girls discover that success isn't just measured by the scorecard, but by the character they build along the way.

A good night's sleep can make all the difference, and thanks to our longtime partners at Precious Dreams Foundation , our girls are reminded that they deserve comfort, care, and rest.

Each quarter, the Precious Dreams team visits Pace Broward to share valuable lessons on sleep hygiene, self-care, health, and overall wellness. They also provide comfort bags filled with thoughtful essentials, including a blanket, sleep mask, and other items to help our most vulnerable girls rest easier.

We are so grateful to Susan Kraizgrun and the entire Precious Dreams team for their continued generosity and for always keeping our girls' well-being at the heart of everything they do. Thank you for being such an incredible partner!

🎓✨ Congratulations to the Pace Broward Class of 2026! ✨🎓

What an unforgettable day celebrating the remarkable young women of Pace Broward as they crossed the stage and stepped into their next chapter.

Surrounded by family, friends, staff, volunteers, and supporters, our graduates were inspired by keynote speaker Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh, whose words encouraged them to embrace the opportunities ahead and believe in their potential.

The celebration ended with a special "Surprise & Delight" from Amazon, as each graduate received a laptop bundle complete with a laptop, carrying case, AirPods Pro, a Class of 2026 tumbler, and a Grad Bear to support them as they begin their next chapter. A special thank you to the volunteers from Emerge Broward, who assembled and beautifully wrapped each bundle, making the surprise even more meaningful.

To the Pace Broward Class of 2026: We are incredibly proud of all you've accomplished and can't wait to see where your journey leads. Congratulations, graduates! 💜

Every great space has someone behind it who pours care into every detail.

We're incredibly grateful to celebrate Volunteer Spotlight: Thais Kerestegian!

After attending a Pace Broward presentation in the fall of 2025, Thais knew she wanted to make a difference. Since then, she has become the heart of our Chic Boutique, creating a welcoming space where our girls can shop for everyday clothing, school uniforms, career attire, and special outfits with dignity and pride.

Her impact extends far beyond organizing clothing racks. From coordinating clothing drives to supporting our fundraising events, Thais continues to show up for our girls in meaningful ways.

Thank you, Thais, for your generosity, your dedication, and for helping ensure every girl who walks into our Chic Boutique feels seen, supported, and valued. 💜

Creativity meets opportunity.

This summer, our girls explored the world of graphic design during Canva Tuesdays, where they learned the fundamentals of Canva while bringing their own ideas to life.
From designing personalized projects to building valuable digital skills, each session encouraged creativity, self-expression, and new ways to communicate through design.

We're so proud to provide experiences that equip our girls with practical skills they can carry into school, future careers, and beyond.

Big ideas start with believing in yourself.

Our girls had an incredible time during our Entrepreneurship Workshop with Truist, where they explored leadership, financial literacy, and what it takes to turn an idea into reality.

Through hands-on activities and meaningful conversations, they strengthened their leadership skills, learned to think like entrepreneurs, and discovered how to bring their ideas to life.

Thank you to Truist for investing in the next generation of women leaders and helping inspire the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.

Tomorrow, we are honored to welcome Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh, President & CEO of the Urban League of Broward County, as the keynote speaker for Pace Broward's Graduation Ceremony.

A visionary leader, community builder, and champion for economic empowerment, Dr. Smith-Baugh has dedicated more than two decades to creating opportunities and advancing equity across Broward County. Under her leadership, the Urban League of Broward County has expanded its impact through transformational programs, entrepreneurship initiatives, and investments that continue to strengthen our community.

Her career has been defined by one powerful belief:
