The PTSA Hospitality Committee is excited to host a Taco Bar Lunch to thank the amazing teachers and staff at Wood Middle School for all they do for our students.

We are serving approximately 60 staff members, and we’d love your help! Please consider signing up to bring an item—store‑bought or homemade items are both welcome.

Lunch Details

Date: Thursday, February 27
Drop‑Off Time: 10:15–10:45 AM
(This coincides with set‑up; please have items delivered by this window)
Location: Wood Middle School – Front Office
Clean‑Up Time: 1:30–2:00 PM


If you are bringing a hot item, please deliver it warm in a crockpot or insulated container.

We also have gluten‑free and dairy free staff members, so gluten‑free items (especially desserts) are greatly appreciated and should be clearly labeled. We also have a staff member with a rosemary allergy, so please label if you add mixed herbs.

Conferences are here and we love to feed the hard working staff - teachers will be in the building for 12+ hours on Wednesday!!!

Fall conferences are here, and we are asking for the WMS community to help continue our tradition of providing dinner and breakfast to our teachers and staff. Wednesday morning we'd like to provide soup, salad, and rolls. Thursday morning we'd like to do pastries and fruit. Donations can be dropped....

It's the most wonderful time of the year - Scholastic Book Fair!!!! IWMS will be hosting our fair October 6-9. We will be open for students during the school day, and will stay open Wednesday the 8th after school. We will also be open during conferences! Info for ewallets and volunteer opportunities will be put out next week!
