We are looking forward to having visitors today at our last Buddy Day before school starts back. We hope many of our students will bring friends and family in to participate. Please remember, any guests under 18 must have a parent come in to sign a permission form in order to participate. We look forward to seeing everyone this afternoon and evening!

Practicing martial arts is such a joy! When life gives you stress, you can bring it onto the mat and let it all go in a healthy way. You are always stronger physically and mentally when you walk back off the mat after a good workout. We hope to see you in to train with us soon!

It was a privilege to be invited to speak and teach at a local church summer camp today! We had an enthusiastic group of youth who did an excellent job of learning some basics of our martial art. It is always a pleasure to share with youth and see that enthusiasm and empowerment they get when learning new skills!

We were able to make the official 2026 donation to Children’s Hospital yesterday in the amount of $52,982.43! These funds came through multiple Kick-a-Thons held by each branch of Grandmaster D**g’s Schools. This brings our total donation to $1,124,171.12! We are so proud of our students and the parents of our school who so generously support our efforts to make our communities a better place. You all represent the true spirit of the martial arts!

We are very excited to have guests this afternoon and evening for our “Buddy Day” event! Please remember that if your guests are under 18 years of age, we have to have a parent or guardian sign a permission form at the school for them to participate. We are looking forward to some fun classes today and sharing the joy of martial arts training with your friends and family. See everyone soon!

Just a reminder that we have two more opportunities for our students to participate in the Kick-a-Thon, today at 6:15pm and Wednesday (6/10) at 6:00 or 6:15pm. We need all pledges turned in by the end of this week so we can get it delivered to Headquarters and quickly presented to Children’s Hospital. If you haven’t signed up yet, it is not too late to reserve a spot to participate. All students who participate will receive a school pin, a certificate of participation and a Children’s Hospital bracelet. We will also have refreshments available after your 5 minutes of kicks or punches are done. If at all possible, please help us make this a success for the kids at Children’s Hospital!
