I wanted to re-share share this blog entry because a couple of weeks ago, my stepson just referenced the major motherhood fumble in this post as one of his most cherished memories...LOL I couldn't help but smile!!

I just wanted to encourage you all to know that what may seem like a parenting fail right now may end up being a win in the long run. When you think you're losing, your children won't see you as a failure. They will see you as creative and resilient. They will see you as a survivor and one who keeps pushing in the face of adversity. Keep on going moms and dads, you've got this!!

Let's be a little quicker to give a pat on the back...a shout out...a nod...an "I see you!" or a "Keep up the good work." to those around you. If you want to see a morale boost in the work place, in your home, in your church, [wherever], encouragement is key. People tend to give more of themselves when they feel appreciated.
