A lesson I learned this week…
Sometimes the best thing I can give a client isn’t a quick “yes” or “no”—it’s a plan.
Not every buyer who calls me is ready to purchase a home today. Sometimes we need to work on credit, save a little more, pay down a balance, or simply figure out what monthly payment feels comfortable.
And that’s okay.
My job isn’t just to get you a mortgage. It’s to help you understand where you are, what your options look like, and what steps can get you where you want to go.
Sometimes the best loan conversation happens months before the house hunt begins.
