Early Childhood Education Arts Academy at Christina Cultural Arts Center

We are excited to welcome several community partners to our upcoming “It Takes a Village” Community Baby Shower hosted by The Center for Child Development on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

We are especially grateful to have:

• New Castle County Early Head Start Program

joining us to help support children and families in our community.

This free event is designed to connect families with valuable resources and provide access to essential baby items including diapers, clothing, toys, and formula while supplies last.

• All items will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis
• Attendees must register in advance to be eligible for raffle prizes

Join us for the DHSS CPSU 4th Annual Spring Community Resource Fair at the Maryland Avenue Resource Center (1906 Maryland Ave., Wilmington, DE 19805) on May 28, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Community members can connect with local organizations and learn about resources for housing, food and nutrition support, mental health services, medical and wellness care, employment and education opportunities, and more.

Vendors in attendance include Kirbies Kloset, Wilmington PD, Career Team, Breast Cancer Screening, and many more community partners.
